Folders and Files Created During Installation

The following tables are provided so that you can verify the correct installation and removal of the LFNAlias Version 1.0 application and make changes to your file system manually, if necessary.

The folders/paths listed here, are the Windows and setup defaults. The actual application, help, and other paths depend on the version of your operating system (i.e. your Windows version), its configuration, the type of installation performed (i.e. per user, per machine, or administrative), and any selections/changes you might make during installation.

Remarks
*1	The "typical path" given, is that under 32-bit, Windows editions.
*2	This, the lower, "typical path" is that for 32-bit applications under a 64-bit operating system editions (e.g. a 64-bit Windows 10 edition).
*3	"User Name"" is a placeholder for an account/user name of a user on your system. This is generally the account/user name of the person carrying out the installation.
*4	The "typical path" specified is that under Windows Vista and later.
*5	The suffix ".lnk" is never displayed in Winddows Explorer, even if configured to display all file extensions, including those of hidden and system files.
*6	This file is automatically generated by the Windows help system when the LFNAlias Version 1.0 help is opened.
