If an installation of LFNAlias Version 1.0 already exists on a computer and
LFNAlias Version 1.0 was installed for an individual user only,
all subsequent installations, updates, and patches must also be performed
on a per users basis.

If LFNAlias Version 1.0 was installed for all users on a computer (per machine installation),
an additional, per user installation should not be performed on the same computer,
and users should be discouraged or prevented from installing, updating, or patching
LFNAlias Version 1.0 under their accounts.

If a per machine installation is to be replaced by one or more per user installations,
as may be the case when the number of user accounts on a computer is drastically reduced,
the per machine installation does not have to be removed completely as described in/under...,
instead it is fully adequate to perform steps 1 thru 8 of the de-installation procedures.

If one or more per user installations are to be replaced by a single, per machine
installation, as may be desirable if the number of user accounts is increased,
it is necessary to remove all per user installations of LFNAlias Version 1.0 prior to
performing the installation for all users.
