Manual De-Installation
A manual de-installation should only be performed by expert users or experienced administrators after repeated attempts at removing the LFNAlias Version 1.0 from the system with the LFNAlias Version 1.0 Setup Wizard (by means of the Microsoft Installer) have failed.

Manual De-Installation of a Per User Installation
1.  Log on to the user account from which you would like to remove LFNAlias Version 1.0.
2.  Close/terminate all instances of the LFNAlias Version 1.0 application.
3.  Close all LFNAlias Version 1.0 help documents, including all text files, such Readme.txt, etc..
4.  Delete all LFNAlias Version 1.0 files. For a list of the files copied to your hard disk(s), see Files Created During Installation.
5.  Delete all shell links to LFNAlias Version 1.0 files.
6.  Delete the LFNAlias Version 1.0 installation folder(s). For a list of the folders created during installation see Folders Created During Installation.
7.  Delete all LFNAlias Version 1.0 registry entries. For a list of the registry entries created at runtime or during installation see...

Manual De-Installation of a Per Machine Installation
1.  Log on to an administrator account.
2.  Close/terminate all instances of the LFNAlias Version 1.0 application.
3.  Close all LFNAlias Version 1.0 help documents, including all text files, such Readme.txt, etc..
4.  Delete all LFNAlias Version 1.0 files. For a list of the files copied to your hard disk(s), see Files Created During Installation.
5.  Delete all shell links to LFNAlias Version 1.0 files.
6.  Delete the LFNAlias Version 1.0 installation folder(s). For a list of the folders created during installation see Folders Created During Installation.
7.  Perform the Step 8 for all user accounts under which LFNAlias may have been used.
8.  Delete all LFNAlias Version 1.0 registry entries, listed as being user specific registry entries (see Registry Entries).

Manual De-Installation of an Administrative Installation
As the difference between a manual and a normal removal of an administrative installation is employing the manual de-installation procedures for the removal of the secondary installations (performed with the admin installation), instead of the equivalent steps of a normal de-installation, you should proceed as outlined under Normal De-Installation of an Administrative Installation.
